Sempervirens' new office will be ready for occupancy next week.  Located at 419 South San Antonio Road, Suite 211 in Los Altos, Sempervirens is dedicated to the protection and preservation of redwood (Sequoia sempervirens) forests.

Three New Exam Rooms Added at Stanford Hospital Clinics

Three new exam rooms were added to Huettig and Schromm's medical offices located in Suite 400 on 900 Welch Road in Palo Alto, CA.  The project has been completed and is ready for occupancy.

Room Renovation at the Inn at Oyster Point to Begin in May

We are looking forward to beginning the room renovation project at the Inn at Oyster Point in San Bruno in May.  Located near San Francisco Airport, the Inn overlooks San Francisco Bay and is conveniently located near the city.  We will post pictures as the project gets underway.

Hospitality Industry Association - Using Social Networking to Improve Your Business

Verisign to Move into Expansion Facility on May 1

 
Thanks to the helpful coordination by Eddie Dove and Ken Neumeister on the staff of property owner Huettig and Schromm, we were able to complete the renovation of the property on 490 E. Middlefield Road in Mountain View early.  The 46,000 square feet, two-story office facility will be ready for Verisign to move in on May 1st.


Special thanks also go to Bill Nolan with S & H Renovations who did an excellent job working with the city inspectors to insure timely property inspection approval.

Exterior - 490 E. Middlefield Road

Renovation Completed at the Crescent Hotel (formally the Allison Hotel)

Spirits were high as we completed the renovation of the 84 guest room Allison Hotel located on 417 Stockton Street in San Francisco near Union Square.  This boutique hotel is a favorite in San Francisco for those in-the-know.  Renamed the Crescent Hotel, it is a great place to capture the mood of the city.

The project was completed in March and received full occupancy approval from the city on April 12^th.  Thanks to the helpful coordination that Gregory Peck and Mark Henderson gave us, the renovation went very smoothly.  The job was segmented so that work was done in portions of the hotel while the other parts of the hotel were occupied by guests.

Hotelier Gregory Peck did a complete makeover of the Allison Hotel and converted it into a jewel in San Francisco's Union Square District.

Renovated guest room is the perfect place to stay in San Francisco.   Great care was taken to capture the spirit of the city while providing the comforts of a cozy hotel with a very dedicated staff.
