Spirits were high as we completed the renovation of the 84 guest room Allison Hotel located on 417 Stockton Street in San Francisco near Union Square. This boutique hotel is a favorite in San Francisco for those in-the-know. Renamed the Crescent Hotel, it is a great place to capture the mood of the city.
The project was completed in March and received full occupancy approval from the city on April 12th. Thanks to the helpful coordination that Gregory Peck and Mark Henderson gave us, the renovation went very smoothly. The job was segmented so that work was done in portions of the hotel while the other parts of the hotel were occupied by guests.
